DESCRIPTION

jFit, Joya Fit, is an interval training workout alternating between bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. jFit provides a whole body workout and is designed to build strength and endurance. This dynamic blend of mindful strength training, using free weights and high intensity movements will push you outside of your comfort zone and unleash the beast within. All Joya classes are beginner friendly. Move at your own pace.
