New Year's Day Workshop: Prosperous Year 2025

Over the course of the past few years, and especially this last year, we have noted sweeping changes and transformation both within and in our external world. The times have been calling us to become authentic expressions of our True Selves. To do this, it requires cultivating courage and fearlessness. Start the new year by going within and anchoring into the heart.

This temple within the walls of the rib cage is where we connect to our authenticity. It is the seat of our courage, our compassion, and our connection—to ourselves, to others, and to the Collective.Let us gather together this first day of the year and amplify our courage, our fearlessness, and our authentic selves. We will use breath, movement, mantra, meditation, and music to deepen our connection within. From this space, we will release what no longer serves, honor and acknowledge where we want to put our energies, and set clear intentions for the year ahead.

This powerful workshop will elevate your meditative practice and create a solid foundation to be healthy, happy and abundant. Prosperity is yours when you know you are capable of achieving it and you're able to relax into the flow of the universe.
