PowerFly is a minimalistic fusion of movement and strength through Aerial Training & Kettlebell lifting with a strict focus on postural and muscle development through non-impact flow and fly sequences. We have paired together Aerial Hammocks and Kettlebells in a breakthrough blend of East meets West Yoga and Weight Training that will redefine strength training as we know it.
Each class flows through a regimented sequence following the body’s natural patterns of pushing, pulling and core movements. Members will fly, lift and move through carefully designed sequences and postures that will challenge the body and develop the mind.
