Class Description

JFit is an interval training workout alternating between bursts of intense activity with intervals of lighter activity. JFit provides a whole body workout and is designed to build strength and endurance.

Interval training utilizes a variety of equipment such as weights, sandbags, resistance bands, suspension training, body weight movement, calisthenics, plyometrics and ballistic movements.

JFit promotes weight loss, an increase in cardiovascular efficiency and increases strength and endurance. This dynamic blend of mindful strength training and high intensity movements will push you outside of your comfort zone and unleash the beast within.
